A closer look
An intricate silver-tone ring with a rotating centre, coloured accents and a delicate chain detail. A small object to notice throughout the day, worn alone or beside simple bands.
Culture behind the detail
The six-syllable mantra Om Mani Padme Hum is associated with Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva of compassion. The rotating detail gives this cultural reference a small, tactile presence in everyday dress.
- Band: open adjustable design
- Detail: rotating centre and decorative chain
- Colour: silver tone with turquoise-tone and warm accents
Choosing your piece
The open adjustable band pairs a raised rotating center with a delicate chain accent. Wear it alone to show the intricate detail, or beside a simple band for a balanced combination.
How to use or display it
Put the ring on gently and turn the decorative centre with a light touch. Avoid repeatedly bending the open band or pulling on the chain. Wear it on a finger where its raised setting will not catch on clothing or gloves.
Care for your piece
Remove before showering, swimming, exercising or cleaning. Keep lotions, perfume and household chemicals away from the finish. Wipe with a soft cloth and store separately in a dry pouch; avoid soaking or using an ultrasonic cleaner.
A thoughtful gift
A personal choice for someone who enjoys meaningful jewelry. Consider the recipient’s usual ring style and whether they like raised settings; a handwritten note about compassion adds a thoughtful touch.
