✨ Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've got answers! Here's everything you need to know about BearGirl and our curated collections.

💎 Are BearGirl stones natural and authentic? We are deeply committed to the beauty of the earth. We work closely with trusted artisan suppliers to source genuine natural stones—including real agate, crystal quartz, and other authentic minerals. We celebrate the "Real" over the "Perfect," ensuring you get a piece of nature’s history at an accessible price. 🌿

🤔 Why does my stone have lines or marks inside it? Those are completely normal—and actually a sign of authenticity! Natural stones form over thousands of years underground and develop unique internal features such as:

  • 🔹 Veins — natural mineral lines running through the stone.

  • 🔹 Ice-crack patterns — organic internal textures formed during growth.

  • 🔹 Color banding — beautiful layers of shifting hues unique to each stone. These are natural characteristics, not defects. To us, these are "Nature's Fingerprints"—proof that your piece is real stone, not factory-made glass. ❤️

📜 Why don't the stones come with a lab certificate? To keep our prices fair and accessible for everyday wear, we do not perform individual lab testing for every piece. Our descriptions are based on our studio's hand-selection process and supplier data. This allows us to offer genuine gemstones without the high-end luxury markup.
