Welcome to BearGirl. By accessing our website at beargirl.shop or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of BearGirl ("we," "us," "our"). By using our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a legal guardian, and that you agree to these terms in full.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products

All products sold by BearGirl are handcrafted using genuine natural materials. We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photography and descriptions. However, due to the nature of natural gemstones, the item you receive may differ slightly in color, pattern, and texture from the images shown.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Natural stone products are unique and no two pieces are identical
  • Product images are representative and may not reflect exact color under all lighting conditions
  • Minor variations in bead size, shape, and arrangement are inherent to handcrafted jewelry

3. Material Disclaimer — Natural Agate, Crystal & Jade

BearGirl works exclusively with 100% genuine natural gemstones, including agate, crystal quartz, jade, and other natural minerals. These materials are formed over thousands of years through natural geological processes. As a result, every stone carries its own unique internal and surface characteristics.

The following are natural features of authentic gemstones and are not considered defects:

  • Internal ice-cracks — naturally occurring fractures formed during the stone's crystallization process
  • Mineral inclusions — internal particles, cloudiness, or veining inherent to the stone's natural composition
  • Surface textures and pitting — minor surface variations caused by natural mineral deposits or growth patterns
  • Color banding and tonal variation — shifts in hue, saturation, and pattern that are unique to each individual stone
  • Jade veining — natural flow lines and color gradients characteristic of genuine jade

By completing a purchase from BearGirl, the customer explicitly acknowledges and accepts that these natural variations are an inherent and valued characteristic of genuine gemstone products. These features do not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or exchange.

BearGirl is not responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from a customer's misunderstanding of the natural properties of gemstone materials.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers. BearGirl does not store your full payment card details.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters processing within 1–3 business days. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing beargirl091@gmail.com. After processing has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

6. Shipping

We ship to the United States. Orders over $39 qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing. BearGirl is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Natural gemstone variations as described in Section 3 are not eligible for returns or refunds. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy page.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on beargirl.shop — including product photography, text, branding, and design — is the property of BearGirl and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BearGirl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

BearGirl makes no claims regarding the metaphysical, healing, or therapeutic properties of any gemstone. All crystal and stone products are sold as decorative jewelry only.
