Refund Policy

At BearGirl, we take pride in every handcrafted piece we send out. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in the original packaging where possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at beargirl091@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BearGirl is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items affected by natural gemstone characteristics (see Natural Stone Clause below)

Natural Stone Clause — No Exceptions

BearGirl works exclusively with 100% genuine natural gemstones, including agate, crystal quartz, and other natural minerals. Due to the nature of these materials, each stone is unique and may display the following characteristics:

  • Internal ice-cracks — naturally occurring fractures formed during the stone's growth process
  • Mineral inclusions — internal particles or cloudiness inherent to the stone's composition
  • Surface textures and pitting — minor surface variations caused by natural mineral deposits
  • Color banding and tonal variation — shifts in hue and pattern unique to each individual stone

These are natural features of authentic gemstones, not manufacturing defects. They are strictly not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the natural variation inherent in genuine gemstone products.
