Size & Care
Care for the complete piece: stone and setting, bracelet construction, or the whole glass. Start with any instructions supplied for your specific product.

Agate jewelry: gentle handling, separate storage
Use a soft cloth after wear. Put jewelry aside before cleaning, swimming or activities where it may receive hard knocks. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and household chemicals, and let applied products dry before putting jewelry on.
The setting, coatings, elastic or other components may need different care from the stone. Avoid prolonged soaking or ultrasonic and steam cleaning unless the instructions for that exact design expressly allow it. If a piece needs more than a gentle wipe, ask us about the product before using a cleaner.
Keep pieces apart in a soft pouch or a compartment so stones and metal do not knock or rub against one another. Do not pull a bracelet by one bead or repeatedly stretch it to test its strength.
Adjustable rings
Adjust gently and only as needed. Repeated bending can put stress on the band or setting. An adjustable design is not a guarantee that it fits every finger; check the product's guidance or contact us.
Edo Kiriko glassware: wash gently by hand
- Wash one glass at a time in lukewarm water using mild detergent and a soft sponge.
- Rinse carefully, keeping the glass from striking the tap, sink or other pieces.
- Dry with a soft cloth and place it where it will not knock against other glassware.
Avoid abrasive pads, hard impacts and sudden temperature changes. Do not assume a design is suitable for a dishwasher, microwave, freezer or hot liquids unless the product information specifically confirms it. Do not use a chipped or cracked glass.
Before you buy
Use the jewelry size guide for the appropriate measurement method. For glassware, check the measurements on the listing and whether your selected option includes one glass or two.
