1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We currently provide reliable shipping across the United States.

  • Free Shipping: All orders of $39 and above qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $39, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

  • Note: Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

3. How We Pack Your Items

Because we handle natural gemstones and artisanal goods, our packaging is designed for maximum protection:

  • Inner Layer: Soft foam or high-density bubble wrap to cushion the item.

  • Outer Layer: Secure, impact-resistant boxes or heavy-duty padded mailers.

  • The BearGirl Inspection: Every item is hand-checked before sealing to ensure structural integrity. Since we use genuine stones, please expect unique internal textures and "nature's fingerprints" as a sign of authenticity.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives physically broken (not natural internal textures), please email us at beargirl091@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. BearGirl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are confirmed as delivered, but we will do our best to help you locate them.

5. Customs & Duties

As our artisan studio operates internationally to bring you the best value, your package may occasionally be subject to customs inspections. While rare for small personal orders, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
