✅ 30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • In their original, unworn condition
  • Free from damage caused by misuse or improper care
  • Returned in the original packaging when possible

🔄 How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at beargirl091@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage from misuse
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items affected by natural stone characteristics (see disclaimer below)

🪨 Natural Stone Disclaimer

BearGirl works exclusively with genuine agate, crystal, and natural gemstones. Each stone may display the following natural characteristics:

  • 🔹 Internal ice-cracks — naturally occurring fractures within the stone formed during its growth
  • 🔹 Mineral pits — small surface indentations caused by mineral inclusions
  • 🔹 Color banding — natural variation in hue, tone, and pattern unique to each stone

⚠️ These are natural features, not manufacturing defects, and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
