• Keep the surprise practical: review our shipping policy and return policy. If you need a gift note, special wrapping or separate boxes, ask us first; these services are not automatically included.

• Before first use: unpack on a soft, clear surface. Check the rim, bowl and base in good light, then gently hand-wash before using.
• Wash one glass at a time: use lukewarm water, a little mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Support the bowl; do not force a cloth or brush into the glass or twist against the rim. Avoid abrasive pads, scouring powders and harsh cleaners.
• Rinse and dry gently: rinse away soap and dry with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth. Use light pressure around the rim and cut details. For stubborn residue, let mild soapy water loosen it rather than scraping.
• Avoid sudden temperature changes: do not move the glass between hot water and ice-cold liquid. Do not use it for boiling-hot drinks, in a microwave or in a freezer. Hand-washing is the recommended care method; dishwasher and heat-resistance suitability have not been established for this listing.
• Add ice carefully: lower cubes gently into the glass instead of dropping them from a height. Never force an oversized cube into the opening or use metal utensils to break ice inside the glass.
• Store upright, with space: keep the rim free of weight, do not nest or stack the glasses, and leave space between them to reduce accidental knocks. A soft, dry shelf liner can help protect the base.
• Know when to stop using it: a chip, crack or sharp damaged edge is not normal handcrafted variation. Stop use and contact us. If damage is noticed on arrival, keep the packaging and take clear photos so we can review it under our return policy.

Drinks, ice, flowers and other styling props in photographs are not included. Photographs may show more than one option; only your selected item determines what you receive.

Handcrafted pieces can show subtle differences in the alignment and appearance of cut detail. These differences do not include cracks, chips or unsafe edges. Screen settings and lighting can also change how a color appears; compare more than one image before choosing.
