Shipping Policy — BearGirl

At BearGirl, every order is prepared with care in our artisan studio before it makes its journey to you. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
United States
Free standard shipping on every U.S. order. No minimum purchase required. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout; no code is needed. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Japan
Shipping to Japan is currently unavailable at checkout. When service is available, standard shipping is free on orders of US$29 or more; orders below US$29 have a US$12 standard shipping charge. Contact beargirl091@gmail.com for availability before ordering.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons. BearGirl is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipped from Our Artisan Studio
Every BearGirl order is packed and dispatched directly from our artisan studio. Each piece is individually inspected and prepared by hand. Please note: Because we source genuine natural stones, internal textures, mineral veins, and organic "ice-cracks" are characteristic of the stone’s authentic state and are not considered defects or damages.
5. Packaging & Protection
We take the safety of your gemstones seriously. Every order is:
Double-wrapped: Each piece is cushioned with an inner protective layer and secured within a padded outer mailer or box.
Insured against Physical Breakage: All shipments are covered against structural damage (such as a stone snapping or breaking in half) or loss in transit. If your item arrives physically broken, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged (physical breakage), please:
Photograph the damaged item and packaging immediately upon receipt.
Email us at beargirl091@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and photos in your message.
Note: Claims based on natural mineral features (internal textures/lines) are not eligible for damage refunds.
For lost shipments, please contact us after your tracking has shown no movement for 5 or more business days.
